All orders are processed swiftly and dispatched via our trusted courier partners. You can expect your package to arrive within 4 to 5 business days from the date your order is placed. Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
We take immense pride in the premium quality and exclusivity of our products. All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds or cash cancellations once an order has been successfully placed. Instead, we offer flexible exchanges and replacements as outlined below.
2. 7-Day Exchange & Replacement Window
Whether you received a damaged item or simply changed your mind (wrong size, preference, etc.), you can request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- For Style/Size Changes: The product must be completely unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- For Damaged Items: The damage must be reported immediately using the mandatory video proof below.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule (For Damaged Claims)
To protect against fraudulent claims regarding missing or damaged items, we strictly require an uncut unboxing video. >
No Video = No Replacement for damages. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
Your video and photo proof must meet the following criteria:
- The video must clearly show the unopened courier package and the shipping label before you begin opening it.
- The video must be one continuous, uncut shot from the moment you start opening the package until the product is fully revealed.
- Edited, paused, or stitched videos will be instantly rejected.
4. How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
To initiate a request, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Client Support Email] with your Order Number.
- If you are claiming a damaged product, attach your uncut unboxing video and high-resolution photos.
- If you are requesting a size/style exchange, specify the new size or item you would like to receive.
